Blessing and Opening of Stepping Stones Room

On Friday 17th November 2023, the new “Stepping Stones” sensory room was opened in St Mary’s National School Barndarrig. Present were Mr Simon Harris TD, the Minister for Further and Higher Education, Research, Innovation and Science, and the Minister for Justice, Fr Aquinas Duffy , ‘Parish Priest of the Parish of ‘Kilbride and Barndarrig’, Ms Eimear O’Dwyer , Principal St Mary’s NS Barndarrig,  class teacher Ms Niamh Gahan, and Mr Derek Sherwin, Chair of the Board of Management. along with the boys and girls, Special Needs Assistants and some parents.
