Marie Crossan (née McWeeney) Rathnew, Co. Wicklow and formerly of Hartley, Carrick on Shannon, Co. Leitrim and Monaghan Town, Co. Monaghan.

Who passed away peacefully on the 26th of July 2024 in the excellent care of the staff of St. Vincent’s Hospital with her beloved family by her side. Marie is lovingly remembered by her devoted husband, Michael, her son Paul, daughters Elaine and Louise, sons-in-law Brendan and Derek, grandchildren Michael, Ava, Alannah, Donncha and Peter, her sisters Margaret and Bernie, brothers Joe, John and Paul, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews, cousins, relatives and friends. Pre-deceased by her parents and brother Hugh.

Funeral Mass Wednesday morning at 10.00am in St. Patrick’s Church Wicklow Town, which can also be viewed by clicking on Marie’s Funeral Mass followed by Cremation Service in McCrea’s Cremation Chapel, Dublin Road, Wicklow Town at 11.15am for those who wish to attend.

William (Bill) Dalton, Kilbride, Co. Wicklow and formerly of Terenure, Dublin. 22nd July 2024, peacefully at St. Colman’s Residential Care Centre, Rathdrum. Sadly missed by his family and friends.

Funeral Mass will take place in St. Brigid’s Church, Kilbride, Co. Wicklow (A67 V621) at 11.30am on Friday, 26th July, followed by burial in Barndarrig Cemetery.

Patrick (Pat) Fortune May Cottage, Cullen Lane, Three Mile Water and formerly of Lakeview Grove, Wicklow Town and The Rock, Arklow, Co. Wicklow.

Pat passed peacefully on Friday 19th July 2024, at St. Vincent’s University Hospital, Dublin, in the loving care of the staff and his family. A beloved and loving Father, he will be sadly missed by his son Brian, daughters Sharon, Elizabeth, Tracy, Roseanne and Linda and by his grandchildren, great grandchildren, brother, sisters, son in law Stephen, extended family and friends and those who were privileged enough to know him.

Reposing at Flannery’s Funeral Home, Bachelors Walk, Wicklow Town, from 5pm until 7pm on Tuesday. Removal on Wednesday morning at 9.30am walking to St Patrick’s Church arriving for 10am funeral Mass followed by burial (cemetery to be confirmed).

Linda Parle late of Glenealy, Co Wicklow, & Gorey, Co. Wexford.

Who died after a short illness on Saturday, 13th July 2024, in the loving care of the Nurses and Doctors in the ICU at St.Vincent’s University Hospital, Dublin. Predeceased by her Father Joseph and Mother Annie. Dearly loved by her husband Tony, her daughter Caoimhe and son Sean. She will be sadly missed by her brother Joseph, his wife Rung, brothers in law, sisters in law, nieces and nephews, Claire, Wayne, Nathan, Joseph, Josh, Katie, Callum, Zach and extended family and friends.

May she rest in peace.

Linda will be reposing at McCrea’s Funeral Home, Dublin Road, Wicklow Town (A67E003) this Tuesday evening from 5.00pm to 8.00pm. Removal Wednesday morning to St. Joseph’s Church, Glenealy arriving for 11.00am Funeral Mass followed by interment in Rathnew Cemetery.

Julia (Minnie) Lynch née Dunne of Wicklow Town and formerly Springfield, Kilbride and Arbour Hill, Dublin 7 who passed away in her 91st year peacefully at home in the presence of family. Predeceased by her parents Bill and Emily Dunne and siblings Elizabeth, Johnnie and Michael and nephew William. Lovingly remembered by her husband Tony, sister Carmel Doyle and by her nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
