Wicklow, who passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family and friends on Saturday, 8th February 2020. Bernadette Murphy of Marlton Road Wicklow Town and late of RTE, who passed away in her 86th year, peacefully, on Thursday 6th February 2020, in the care of the Blainroe Lodge Nursing Home. Sadly missed by her loving brother Noel, sisters Catherine (Tramore) and Teresa (London), extended family and friends.

Liam (Billy) O’Mahony of Bray, Co. Wicklow and formerly of Dromcollogher, Co. Limerick and Friar’s Hill, Wicklow Town died on 6th February, 2020, peacefully, in his 89th year, at St. Michael’s Hospital, Dun Laoghaire, with his family by his side. Predeceased by his sister Joan (Cleary) and brother Gerard. Sadly missed by his loving family, Rosa (née Carr) his wife of 60 years, sons Eamonn (USA), Paul (London) and John (London), daughter-in-law Lisa, granddaughter Kara, sister Kathleen (Frawley), sister-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

 

Reposing at Colliers Funeral Home, Old Connaught Avenue, Bray on Monday, 10th February, from 5.00pm to 7.00pm with prayers at 6.30pm. Removal from the funeral home on Tuesday, 11th February, at 11.30am to the Church of Our Lady Queen of Peace, Putland Road, Bray arriving for Requiem Mass at 12.00 noon followed by burial in Rathnew Cemetery, Co. Wicklow.

Marie Forde née Smullen of Dunbur Close, Wicklow Town who passed away suddenly at her home on February 4th 2020. Predeceased by her parents Jimmy and Lil Smullen. She will be sadly missed by her loving husband Frank, son Frank, daughter Elisha and her partner Alan, grandson Luke, brothers Sean, Gerry, Larry, Declan and Lenny, sister in law Kathleen, brother in law Jim and by her close friends Linda and John, extended family and friends.

John Malone of Ashford and late of Wicklow Town who passed away 28th January 2020 in his 87th year, peacefully at St Vincent’s University Hospital. Beloved husband of the late Catherine. He will be sadly missed by his loving daughter Carol Merriman and son Kieran, son in law Ben, daughter in law Una, grandchildren, great grandchildren, brother Joe, sister in law Peggy, brothers in law P.J. and Anthony, extended family and friends.

Timothy Maher of Wicklow Town, formerly of Templemore, Co. Tipperary and Rathmichael, Co. Dublin who passed away peacefully at St. Vincent’s University Hospital on Tuesday 21st January 2020 aged 88 years. Predeceased by his beloved wife Nancy and his siblings, Tony, Peggie, Michael, Mary and John. He will be sadly missed by his loving daughters Marianne, Helen, Joan and Sheila, his eight much loved grandchildren, his brother Tom and extended family and friends.

Sheila Olohan – De Courcy of Wicklow Town who passed away Sunday 12th January 2020 peacefully at St Vincent’s University Hospital surrounded by her family. Adoring mother of Nickola and Richard and devoted grandma to Holly, Isabel and India-Rose. Heartbreakingly missed by her son Richard and his partner Amy, daughter Nickola and her husband Brian, their father Des, her brother Des and sister in law Deirdre, extended family and dear friends.

Sheila was a colourful soul and as such, while black clothing is optional, the family would like to invite you to come as colourful as you’d like.
