Walter passed peacefully, surrounded by his loving family and the wonderful caring staff of the Asgard Nursing Home, Arklow. Beloved husband and best friend of Philomena, cherished father of Caroline, Emma, Louise, Walter and Andrew and dear brother to the late Mary, grandchildren Rory, Grainne, Niamh, Cathal, Ciaran, Luke, Lauren, Eva, Sophie, Leah, Joey & Mary, and great grandchildren Cormac & Fiadh.Sadly missed by his loving family, sons in law, Jason and Donald, nieces, nephews, extended family, friends and neighbours.

Walter will be reposing at McCrea’s Funeral Home, Dublin Road, Wicklow Town (A67E003) tomorrow Wednesday from 5.00pm to 7.00pm.

Removal Thursday morning to Church of the Most Holy Rosary, Ashford, arriving for 11.00am Funeral Mass followed by interment in Deansgrange Cemetery, Dublin.

Peg (Margaret) O’Flaherty (née O’Neill), “Glenlua”, Glenealy, Co. Wicklow. 1st August 2024, peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family. Beloved wife of Ray and loving mother of Declan, Suzanne, Lorna and the late Niall. Sadly missed by her family, grandchildren Ellie, David, Kyle, Niamh, Jack, Owen, Ailbhe, and Maeve, daughter-in-law Pamela, sons-in-law Aidan and Frank, sisters Jean, Mary and Teresa, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends. Removal from her home on Saturday at 10.30am to St. Joseph’s Church, Glenealy arriving for Funeral Mass at 11am followed by Cremation Committal Service at Brennan Woulahan Funeral Home at 12.40pm. Linda Parle late of Glenealy, Co Wicklow, & Gorey, Co. Wexford.

Who died after a short illness on Saturday, 13th July 2024, in the loving care of the Nurses and Doctors in the ICU at St.Vincent’s University Hospital, Dublin. Predeceased by her Father Joseph and Mother Annie. Dearly loved by her husband Tony, her daughter Caoimhe and son Sean. She will be sadly missed by her brother Joseph, his wife Rung, brothers in law, sisters in law, nieces and nephews, Claire, Wayne, Nathan, Joseph, Josh, Katie, Callum, Zach and extended family and friends.

Majella Turner (née O’Neill) Killiskey, Ashford & Glenealy Co. Wicklow

Who died peacefully on Wednesday 26th June 2024 at the Beacon Hospital after a courageously fought illness. Cherished by her loving husband Deane, treasured mother of Ryan, Alanah & Sacha . Sadly missed by her Heartbroken parents Margaret & Mikie, Brother Michael, Sisters Helena & Sandra, Brother in Law Ian, Nephews & Nieces extended family, friends and neighbours.

As per Majella’s wishes she will repose at Ballydowling, Glenealy which will be strictly private for her immediate family only please.

Majella will then be reposing in McCrea’s Funeral Home, Dublin Road, Wicklow Town (A67E003) on this Friday evening 28th June from 6.00pm – 8.00pm.

Funeral Mass will take place on Saturday 29th of June 2024 at 11.00am in The Most Holy Rosary Church Ashford followed by interment in Killoughter Cemetery.

The family would also like to give a extended thank you to all the Doctor’s and Nurses at 5 North Beacon Hospital and Majella’s home carers.

Shay passed away 18th March 2024 peacefully at St Columcille’s Hospital. Predeceased by his beloved wife Janice, great grandson Oliver Thomas, parents Thomas and Elizabeth and siblings Morris, Billy, Tommy and Mick. Sadly missed by his children Susan, Andrew, Sherry, Sharon and Stephen, grandchildren David, Michaela, Ross, Adam, Katie, Matthew, Phillip, Stuart, Malcolm, Ella, Aaron and Stephen, great grandchildren Lexie, Laney, Keelan, Ollie, Lily, Éola, Charlie, Noah and Lucas and by his siblings Larry, Andy, Sean, Lawrence, Marie, Kevin, Oliver and Noel, son in law Ernie, daughter in law Teresa, extended family and friends.

Liam Kelly of Ballylusk Farm, Ashford and formerly Banogue, Limerick who passed away on Sunday 10th March 2024 peacefully at St Vincent’s University Hospital. Predeceased by his beloved wife Geraldine, parents Daniel and Bridget and his siblings Eamon and Maura. Loving and much loved father of Rowena, Vanessa, Donal, Grace and Billy and adored grandad of Joseph, Ava, Matthew, Niamh, Daniel, Fiachra and Milo. He will be sadly missed by his sisters Noreen and Eileen, extended family especially his niece Siobhan and by his friends.
