Brigid (Bridie) Burke (née Quinn) Templelyon, Redcross, Wicklow / Hollywood, Wicklow

Brigid (Bridie) Burke (nèe Quinn), Templelyon, Redcross, Co. Wicklow and formerly of Hollywood, Co. Wicklow. 5th November 2023, peacefully in the wonderful care of the staff of St. Andrew’s Ward at St. Vincent’s University Hospital. Predeceased by her loving husband Jim, deeply regretted by her beloved children, Mary, John, Seamus, Pat, Margaret, Larry, Michael and Breda, sons-in-law Michael and Dave, daughters-in-law Bernie, Bebe, Breda, Deirdre and Gillian, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, godsons, nephews, nieces, extended family, neighbours and friends.

 

Rest in peace

 

Reposing at her home (A67 FP68) on Monday from 5pm until 9pm and on Tuesday from 12 noon until 8pm. Funeral Mass on Wednesday at 11.30am in St. Mary’s Church, Barndarrig (A67 K282) followed by burial in Barndarrig Cemetery. House private on Wednesday morning.

Verbena Avenue, Sutton, Dublin 13 and late of Rahaval House, Rahaval, Redcross, Co. Wicklow.

 

Beloved wife of the late John, dearly loved and loving mother of Catherine, John, Brian and Cathal, cherished daughter of the late William and Catherine Ward and much loved sister of Myra, Eilish, Kay, Rosaleen and the late Carmel, Malachy and John.

 

Sadly missed by her loving daughter, sons, sisters, son-in-law Myles, daughters-in-law Mary and Loc, her adored grandchildren Jamuna, Godabari, Niamh, Sean, Eoghan and Meabh, relatives and friends.

 

May she Rest in Peace.

 

Funeral arriving to St. Mary’s Church, Barndarrig, Co. Wicklow on Wednesday morning for her Funeral Mass at 10a.m. followed by a service in The Garden Chapel, Mount Jerome Crematorium, Harold’s Cross, Dublin at 12.45p.m.
